Description
A simple and delicious whole roast chicken cooked in an air fryer for crispy skin and juicy meat.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (3-4 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Flip the chicken breast-side up.
- Cook for another 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before carving.

- Adjust cooking time based on the size of your chicken.
