Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (3-4 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken breast-side up.
  8. Cook for another 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before carving.
