Description
Crispy and flavorful zucchini patties made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Squeeze excess moisture from grated zucchini using a clean towel.
- Mix zucchini, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into small patties.
- Brush patties lightly with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Draining zucchini well prevents soggy patties.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
