Crispy and flavorful zucchini wedges made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchinis into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional) before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the wedges lightly with cooking oil.
- Serve with a dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
