Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix pesto, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the pesto mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- Arrange drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray drumsticks lightly with oil before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time if drumsticks are larger or smaller than average.
