Description
Sweet and tender carrots with a caramelized brown sugar glaze, made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss carrots with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Spread carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until tender and glazed.
- Serve warm.
