Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 fresh sage leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- Season the wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the wings for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While wings cook, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sage leaves and cook until butter turns golden brown.
- Toss cooked wings in the brown butter sage mixture.
- Serve immediately.
