Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
- Pat the drumsticks dry with a paper towel.
- Rub the spice mix evenly over each drumstick.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by reducing or increasing chili powder.
- For crispier skin, pat the drumsticks dry thoroughly.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
