Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Spread cottage cheese evenly on each slice of bread.
- Top with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil lightly over the top.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
