Description
Crispy air-fried wings with tangy Carolina vinegar BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Air fry wings for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder in a saucepan.
- Simmer sauce for 5 minutes.
- Toss cooked wings in sauce.
- Serve immediately.
