Description

Crispy chicken and veggie egg rolls made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, cabbage, carrot, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly.
  4. Brush each egg roll lightly with oil.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust filling ingredients to your taste.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
