Description
Crispy chicken and veggie egg rolls made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix chicken, cabbage, carrot, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly.
- Brush each egg roll lightly with oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken for convenience.
- Adjust filling ingredients to your taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
