Description
Crispy chicken wings tossed in a flavorful chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken wings in half of the chimichurri sauce.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove wings and toss in the remaining chimichurri sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- For extra crispiness, increase cooking time by a few minutes.
