A quick and easy lasagna recipe made in the air fryer with layers of pasta, cheese, and caramelized onions for a festive twist.
Ingredients
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced and caramelized
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Layer 2 lasagna noodles in the air fryer basket.
- Spread a third of the cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by marinara sauce and caramelized onions.
- Repeat layers, ending with noodles, remaining sauce, and mozzarella.
- Air fry for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
