Description

Crispy egg rolls filled with pork and cabbage, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Cook pork in a pan until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add cabbage, carrot, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Let the filling cool slightly.
  4. Place 2 tbsp filling on each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal edges with water.
  5. Brush egg rolls lightly with oil.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  7. Cook egg rolls for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to restore crispiness.
