Description
Crispy egg rolls filled with pork and cabbage, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Cook pork in a pan until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cabbage, carrot, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Let the filling cool slightly.
- Place 2 tbsp filling on each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal edges with water.
- Brush egg rolls lightly with oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook egg rolls for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to restore crispiness.
