A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring drumsticks seasoned with a Creole herb blend and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the drumsticks evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, spray drumsticks lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
