Description
A crispy and spicy appetizer made with cauliflower, perfect for game day or a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup of ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Pour buffalo sauce over cauliflower and mix well.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side.

- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
