Description
Crispy and healthy air fryer cabbage chips.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove outer leaves from cabbage and cut into thin slices.
- In a bowl, toss cabbage slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place cabbage slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Try adding nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
