Description
Crispy and juicy chicken tenders made in the air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place chicken tenders in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the coated tenders lightly with oil before air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the tenders.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
