Ingredients
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl.
- Place 2 tbsp filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
- Arrange egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh wrappers for best results.
- Don’t overfill to prevent breaking.
- Spray lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
