Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in another bowl.
  4. Dip each fish fillet in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place fillets in the air fryer in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Repeat with remaining fillets.
