Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Beat eggs in another bowl.
- Dip each fish fillet in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place fillets in the air fryer in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining fillets.
Notes
- Use fresh or thawed fish fillets for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on fillet thickness.
- Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
