Description
Crispy air fryer fish tacos with fresh toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Cut fish into strips.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat fish strips in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, cook 4 more minutes.
- Warm tortillas.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Use firm white fish like cod or tilapia.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Cook in batches if needed.
