Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Cut fish into strips.
  3. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  6. Coat fish strips in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  7. Place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, cook 4 more minutes.
  9. Warm tortillas.
  10. Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream.
  11. Serve with lime wedges.

  • Use firm white fish like cod or tilapia.
