A quick and easy recipe for crispy air-fried gnocchi served with marinara sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb store-bought or homemade gnocchi
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Toss the gnocchi with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan or microwave.
- Transfer the crispy gnocchi to a plate and serve with warm marinara sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even crisping.
- For extra crispiness, spray the gnocchi lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
