Description

Crispy mixed root vegetable wedges made in the air fryer. A healthy and easy side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot, cut into wedges
  • 1 large parsnip, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium beet, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium potato, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss vegetable wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
  5. Check for doneness. Cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
  6. Serve hot.
