Description

Crispy air-fried oyster mushroom chips make a healthy, vegan snack. They’re light, crunchy, and packed with umami flavor.


Ingredients

  • 200g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean mushrooms and tear into chip-sized pieces.
  3. Toss mushrooms with oil and seasonings.
  4. Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes, shake basket, then cook 4 more minutes.
  6. Let cool 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
  • Mushrooms shrink significantly when cooked.
  • Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
