Description
Crispy air-fried oyster mushroom chips make a healthy, vegan snack. They’re light, crunchy, and packed with umami flavor.
Ingredients
- 200g oyster mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Clean mushrooms and tear into chip-sized pieces.
- Toss mushrooms with oil and seasonings.
- Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8 minutes, shake basket, then cook 4 more minutes.
- Let cool 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
- Mushrooms shrink significantly when cooked.
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
