Description

Crispy and flavorful tofu made in an air fryer with tamari for a savory taste. Perfect as a protein-rich snack or addition to meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 20 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix tamari, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Toss tofu cubes in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden brown.

  • Use extra-firm tofu for best texture.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
