Crispy and flavorful air fryer artichoke chips.
Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the artichoke hearts into thin pieces.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Add artichoke slices to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Try adding Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
