Description
A crispy, melty grilled cheese sandwich with creamy burrata made quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 burrata ball (4 oz)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place burrata between bread slices with buttered sides facing out.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and basil over the cheese.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Let rest 1 minute before cutting.
