Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the fries and cook for another 3-5 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.
