Description

Make crispy pulled-chicken wedges with green chile flavor using your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pulled chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped green chiles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Mix pulled chicken, green chiles, cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small wedges.
  3. Brush each wedge lightly with olive oil.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
