Description
Make crispy pulled-chicken wedges with green chile flavor using your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pulled chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped green chiles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix pulled chicken, green chiles, cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small wedges.
- Brush each wedge lightly with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust spice levels by adding more or less green chiles.
- For extra crispiness, spray wedges lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
