Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, oats, vanilla, and baking powder until smooth.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the air fryer basket lightly.
- Spoon batter into small circles in the basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
