Description
Homemade garlic knots made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 package pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll the pizza dough into ropes about 10 inches long.
- Tie each rope into a knot.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each knot.
- Place the knots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and brush with remaining garlic butter before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought pizza dough for convenience.
- Adjust garlic quantity based on your taste.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
