These air fryer keto garlic butter parmesan meatballs are a delicious low-carb option packed with flavor. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. While meatballs cook, melt butter and mix with minced garlic.
  7. Remove meatballs from the air fryer and toss them in the garlic butter.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
