Description
A quick and tasty grilled cheese sandwich with mushrooms and Swiss cheese, made in the air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice, buttered side down, in the air fryer basket.
- Layer with Swiss cheese and mushrooms.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Use any bread you prefer.
- For extra flavor, sauté mushrooms before adding.
