Description
Crispy homemade chicken nuggets made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken pieces in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, spray nuggets with cooking oil before air frying.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
