Description
Crispy and tasty air-fried pickle chips.
Ingredients
- 1 jar dill pickles, sliced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated pickle chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings as preferred.
- For extra crunch, double coat the pickles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
