Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges and pat them dry.
- Toss wedges with olive oil in a bowl.
- Air fry wedges for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne in a separate bowl.
