Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cut potatoes with truffle oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the fries and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
