Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels
- Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, curry powder, garlic powder, cayenne, and honey in a bowl
- Coat each drumstick with the peanut mixture
- Place drumsticks in air fryer basket
- Cook at 380°F for 18 minutes, flipping halfway

- Use natural peanut butter for best results
- Adjust cayenne for desired heat level
