Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the mixture.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving.
