Make crispy chicken nuggets in your air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece in the beaten egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flip halfway through, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
