Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate spread or Nutella
Instructions
- Mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter and whisk until smooth.
- Heat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pour a thin layer of batter into a greased pan or air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes until edges are golden.
- Spread chocolate on the crepe and fold or roll it.
- Air fry for another 1-2 minutes to melt the chocolate.
