Crispy and creamy air fryer egg bites loaded with bacon and cheddar cheese. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C)
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl
- Stir in cheese and bacon
- Pour mixture into greased muffin tin or silicone cups
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until set
- Let cool 2 minutes before serving
