Description
A quick and easy Greek-inspired pizza made with feta, olives, and simple ingredients, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (or flatbread)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread feta cheese evenly over the crust.
- Top with olives and cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crispy.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use pita bread for a thinner crust.
- Add fresh basil after cooking for extra flavor.
