A simple and flavorful dish featuring asparagus cooked in an air fryer with garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 1 lb)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim the tough ends of the asparagus.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the asparagus in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Place asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the asparagus.
- For extra crispiness, cook for 1-2 minutes longer.
