These easy air fryer jalapeño poppers are stuffed with creamy cheese for a quick and delicious appetizer.
Ingredients
- 6 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter, then coat the stuffed jalapeños.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
