Description
Crispy air-fried Philly cheesesteak egg rolls with tender steak, melted cheese, and sautéed peppers.
Ingredients
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook steak in skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté peppers and onions in same skillet until soft.
- Combine steak, peppers, onions, and cheese in bowl.
- Place 2-3 tbsp filling in center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Lightly brush rolls with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Slice steak thinly against the grain for tenderness
- Don’t overfill wrappers to prevent bursting
- Serve with cheese sauce or ranch for dipping
