Description

Crispy, flavorful fries made in an air fryer with fresh rosemary and thyme.


Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries.
  2. Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
  3. Toss fries with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Cook fries in air fryer basket for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Serve hot.
