Description
Crispy, flavorful fries made in an air fryer with fresh rosemary and thyme.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries.
- Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss fries with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook fries in air fryer basket for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Soaking removes excess starch for crispier fries.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on fry thickness.
