Description

A quick and easy air fryer sesame chicken recipe that’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch until coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly spray or brush chicken with vegetable oil.
  5. Air fry chicken for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Toss cooked chicken in the sauce mixture.
  7. Return to air fryer for 2 more minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Cut chicken into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
  • Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
