Description
Crispy, cheesy smoked gouda sticks made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked gouda cheese, cut into sticks
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp flour
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Dredge cheese sticks in flour, then dip in beaten egg.
- Coat cheese sticks with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place cheese sticks in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use cold cheese for easier handling.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before cooking.
