Description
Spicy and flavorful Caribbean jerk wings made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Coat the wings evenly with the marinade.
- Sprinkle Caribbean jerk seasoning over the wings and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before seasoning.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- Let wings marinate for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
