Description
Crispy and flavorful Indian-style coconut curry drumsticks cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all spices with coconut milk to make marinade
- Coat drumsticks evenly with marinade
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
- Place drumsticks in air fryer basket
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Flip drumsticks and cook for another 10 minutes
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
